Super cute!   Loving our 2016 winter backdrop!  A big thank you to Connie and Dean Harris for helping me get this put together so quickly!

What can I say?  How could we visit Frog and Toad without this wonderful backdrop!   A huge thank you to everyone who worked on this beautiful stage!

Fall Beauty!

Thank you, Benete Doerr,  for creating the beautiful fall vignette displayed in the school foyer!  I’ve received numerous compliments!  Also, several parents have taken advantage of the great photo opportunity with so many smiling faces peeking through the tree knot!
So fun!  I’m so grateful for the time and energy you bring to us!

Winter Wonderland!

I would like to thank fellow artists Demans Dunsworth, Jessica Hogge, and Jennifer Jones, for their help in creating the beautiful snowy backdrop for our 2014 winter program.  We appreciate your time and precious support here at our school.

Never under estimate your skills and what they can bring to the table.   Last year, I was telling a parent volunteer how much I wanted to develop a website that would bring my classroom into the students' homes as a means for them to share their knowledge and beautiful art with their parents.   Without knowing, this volunteer had experience working with Weebly Software.   Not only did I get the opportunity to learn about Weebly and how to use it, my desire was actualized immediately and Color on the Canvas was born.   Thank you, Connie Harris, for your love of art and your willingness to help in the classroom.   Parents, come one—come all, and bring us your talents!
